I bought this watch for my daughter, she loved it! Very nice watch, however the band is beaded onto a stretch plastic lace and it got snagged on something and broke, all the beads on one side of the watch fell off; never to be found again. Needless to say the watch band needed to be replaced and this same type of band is unavailable. I will keep searching for a replacement, maybe I will find a different one that is suitable. I do love the swatch brand though!

i so love this watch!!! my husband gave it to me for Christmas and i just fell in love with it. the band is all beaded and quite sparkley! but it broke after about 2 weeks. i called SWATCH and immediately, the sent a call tag to come and have fed ex get it. they sent me an entire new watch. the turnaround time was about 10 days, maybe less! their customer service is excellent. i have been trying to purchase a swatch guard, to protect the crystal, but was informed by an employee at the SWATCH store ,at the WillowBrook Mall store, that SWATCH does not make them anymore, but they can be purchased on ebay.....
